Crossing to East European countries from Germany, under the following conditions:
Groups A, B, C, H, D, I, K, L, O access permited
No charge to Zone 1: Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slowenia.
EUR 8 charge per day (includes tax) to Zone 2: Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldawia, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia, Esthonia, Lithuania, Latvia.
The vehicle must be returned to Germany.
