When renting
an
AVIS car the client
will be asked to accept or decline any of the
optional coverage's or insurances. If the
customer initials to accept the coverage's and/or
the insurances the client will NOT be reimbursed.

The International Drivers License must be submitted along with the license of the country of origin before the police, the municipal authorities, etc. whenever required. Should the same be not held, it may result in severe fines and penalties that may reach the car seizure.
Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H: 21 years with prepaid voucher, 23 years without prepaid voucher. Groups I and J: 21 years. (additional charge, to be paid at time of rental, for drivers between 21 and 25 years). Exceptions: Mainland: Group K, L, M, N, P and O: 25 years. Balearic and Canary Islands: Groups L, M, N, P and O: 25 years. (same conditions for additional drivers).

Groups K, L and O: There is a charge in case of car return at a location other than that set forth in the contract at the time of car pick-up of 43.71 plus tax. Request with 72 working hours notice, this service has been requested.

not be transferred between different islands or between the mainland and the
Islands or vice versa or to the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla.
No is authorized to transport the vehicle to board any ship, train, bus or plane
(unless expressly authorized in writing by Avis).
Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, P, N: One Way free of charge, available between Cities of the peninsula.
Groups K, L and O: There is a charge of 41.63 per rental plus TAX when the car return is made at an AVIS location other than that agreed at the time of car pick-up.
Groups L, M and O: Available between Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga and Seville. For other cities consult cars and rates. There is a charge of 332.93 plus tax, for delivery and return at other locations.
No One-Way Rentals allowed to/from Spain Islands.
